In February of 2025, Paid my deposit and gave them our make, year, model, vin number, and let them know it was a United States import. The technician came out and installed the wrong part while damaging our windscreen worse. They could not resolve the issue over 34 days and we had to file an insurance claim on their damages they had caused. The company is refusing to issue us our deposit as a refund.Update. For clarification I do not wish to ruin a reputation with images. I have added the original issue with my windscreen (Ball shaped crack). The first 2 images in the review are the cracks that happened due to the old windshield needing to be re-installed after.Additionally. The company failed to let me know they “found my part” until after 34 days and me filing an insurance claim. I let the company know about the claim being already filed due to their inability to resolve the issue and the company my insurance company is utilizing immediately ordered my part. I let the company know so they did not have any financial burden.The day after I let the very polite gentleman who handles all their phone calls know then the company decided they could get my part but, only after I told them my insurance was involved.I am giving them an updated star only because their phone operator is top notch. Cannot say the same for those above.Especially because they knew I was away on business and my family was left without a drivable car.Again, they only finally offered to order my part once insurance was involved and ordered it already and they also raised the price from 222 to 600. I told them I have a 500 deductible.
